Lately, we’ve been running as a family at the park trails near our home. On Sunday, we ran three miles together!

For me, (if you’ve followed along my journey), I’m still big on pre/obiotics and digestive enzymes to manage my life with IBS. Research shows that a healthy gut also leads to better mental health, a healthy immune system and possibly healthier skin. Could that be the reason for my glow up?!
